This page works together with the Sending Templates page.
Templates are required to send broadcasts, and Campaigns allows you to track the delivery, performance, and engagement of those template-based messages.

Whenever you send a WhatsApp Template Broadcast through Serova — whether to one person or thousands — Serova automatically creates a Campaign entry.
A campaign stores the message lifecycle for each recipient, including:
Campaigns help you verify who received your message and how they engaged with it.
Each campaign displays:
You can click into any campaign to view recipient-level results.
For each number, Serova receives delivery updates from WhatsApp and displays:
The message was successfully submitted to WhatsApp.
WhatsApp delivered the message to the recipient’s device.
The user opened the message (blue ticks on their side).
Possible causes include:
Serova flags these failures so you can correct data and re-send in future campaigns.
If a user replies to your template message:

To remain POPIA compliant, Serova does not store CSV files.
This means:
You must upload a fresh CSV file for every broadcast.
CSV rules:
After processing, CSVs are not saved in Serova.
Every campaign includes:

Exports are not available yet, but will be released soon.
