Before you can create an assistant, Serova requires you to create (or select) an Organisation.
This page explains what an organisation is, when you need one, what information is required, and what happens after it’s created.
An organisation represents a real-world entity you are managing inside Serova.

You need to create an organisation when:

To create a new organisation:
You’ll be asked to enter the following details:
Display Name
The friendly name shown in the dashboard (e.g. “Greenfield Estate”)
Legal Name
The registered name of the organisation (optional but recommended for billing)
Billing Email (optional)
Where invoices and billing communication will be sent
VAT Number (optional)
Used for invoicing where applicable
Billing Address (optional)
Included on invoices if provided
None of the optional billing fields are required to continue — they can be added later.
Once an organisation is created:
Switching organisations does not affect data or billing.
